It was great getting to be Jeff & Mikki’s guest at the CrossFit Kids certification. I went with the misconception that it was just… scaled down CrossFit. I came back with a totally new outlook on the SCIENCE of their program as well as a deep respect for them, their program and their awesome trainers and clients.

It was simply the best thing I’ve ever been to! Even the “dry” heat was worth every moment I was there.
