Yay burpees!
Hint from John: Pivot the foot that is on the opposite side of the ball instead of trying to keep it stationary. This will take a lot of the pressure off of that knee and make the movement feel a lot smoother.

Lots of noises coming from Lef during this workout… that’s how you know it was a good one!
Nice ladies… just one side note for everyone – try and keep from craining your head back at the bottom of the deadlift, tilt it down slighlty to get it into a neutral position… it can be a tough habit to break but your deadlift will feel much stronger once you get it.

Good form Keller!! Make sure you stay completely back on those heels at the bottom of the squat… if you’re feet need to go a little bit wider to do so that’s ok. Good work!
