Oh and by the way…do you have any groups that train in the Pinehurst/ Southern Pines area? I don’t mind driving but, it would be great to be able to train in this area!
    Many thanks!

John, thanks for your plug on CFmainpage link! I would love some pics if and when you get a chance. Cant forget the camera for my next cert!

You were truly inspiring! Will send my aft pics after surgery when healed. Went straight from airport to CFNYC today for pvt work. We finally got our pullup bars this weekend. Guess what I worked on? Then it was back squats 3×5 @ #125
    among other things. fun.

Thanks for the call, I am doing well, this is not as bad as others I have had. I will take it easy for the week in anticipation of the KB seminar. That is at your location isn’t it?

Eric is doning well he got into the pool as soon as he got home. Mainly I think it hurt at the time, he was tired and probably a little upset for falling, but once he regained his composure and I talked to him a bit he was good.

There is a video on todays WOD on Crossfit.com that I am going to show him. It’s not the workout but what they say about focus and determination that he should get something out of.

Can you send me the info on the Zone for athletes, and you mentioned an exercise for my back and the workout info the triathelte does.

    Thanks

I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me earlier, and here is my email address for all the info we talked about earlier. Also, if you don’t mind going over what we talked about (schedule wise) one more time, I’d appreciate it. Have a good one,

Hi all, I’m really interested in joining. I’d say my fitness level is between beginner and intermediate. I’d love more info as I’m completely new to this. Do you guys hold beginners classes? Or is it pretty easy to pick up on during the workouts? Do the times listed on the schedule indicate just group classes, and could people come in at any time in between to just use the equipment? Is there a class I can go to during my lunch break? How much per month?

Thanks a lot in advance. I’m really excited about this.

    Dear CF of Cape Fear

Sincerely regards in the loss of John Velandra. I enjoyed using his vids for WOD’s and it is sad to hear the news. Take care.
