Current Schedule
Here is our current CrossFit schedule:
Mon: 0830, 1000 & 1800
Tues: 0630 and 1800
Wed: 0830 & 1000 – no evening group training
Thurs: 0630 and 1800
Fri: 0830, 1000 & 1630 – no evening group training
Sat: 0930 only
Sun: None
Personal Training or Private Group Training: By appointment only
DIRECTIONS
The location is on MORGANTON Rd as you head downtown away from the mall – going towards downtown . It’s next to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and you will see that Morganton Rd turns into HAY St at the stoplight next to the theater. Just go past it, and as you pass the Highland Presbyterian Church (on the right), you’ll see the sign on the right side for the rec center. Once inside the building, just take the elevator (or stairs) to the second floor. You’ll find us in the free weight room or room #225.

Hi Gloria,
Yes, CrossFit will work wonders for your program… even coming into the middle of it. The reason is that it is scalable for anyone. We just modify the wod until you are comfortable with the different movements, etc… I’ll also be sending you an email reference this.

I just wanted to let you know a JFKSWC unit has taken up your program and tweaked it to being one of the most intense workouts imaginable…example, buddy carries, 100 pullups, 7 mile runs, all sorts of hardcore great exercises formatted into sets…I know its propelling us and alot of the specops community to where we need to be.

HEY ALL JUST WANTED TO PUT THIS OUR FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW, CROSSFIT IS AWESOME!!!!! THE VARIATIONS OF ALL THE EXERCISES REALLY KEEP YOU WANTING MORE! I WISH I COULD DO IT EVERYDAY, BUT I THINK I WOULD DIE, OR SPEND THE REST OF MY TIME SLEEPING FOR RECOVERY. AWESOME, AWESOME STUFF, CANT GET ENOUGH! TY JOHN
