DIRECTIONS
Please review the schedule for group workout times before dropping in. If we are not working with someone, we might not be there and if we are there, we’re generally with a client and athlete, and ask that everyone be respectful of that time.
With that in mind, feel free to drop in 20 to 30 minutes prior to the start of the workout so we can get you registered and oriented to the warm-up or call us at (910) 306-3142 to schedule a time to sit with one of our trainers.
Outside of that…. come and do something you will be proud of!
DIRECTIONS
The location is on MORGANTON Rd as you head downtown away from the mall – going towards downtown . It’s next to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and you will see that Morganton Rd turns into HAY St at the stoplight next to the theater. Just go past it, and as you pass the Highland Presbyterian Church (on the right), you’ll see the sign on the right side for the rec center. Once inside the building, just take the elevator (or stairs) to the second floor. You’ll find us in the fitness rooms or room 225.
